With that in mind, here are some awesome facts about Bitcoin you might not have heard of.

The total number of Bitcoin transactions since its launch in 2009, amounts to 668 million. It is only set to increase by the thousands according to Crypto.com.

Recently, El Salvador is the very first country to recognize Bitcoin as an official currency. Bitcoin will be accepted along with the US dollar as a mode of payment.
